Welcome to HuffCards (huffcards.co.uk). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

HuffCards is a trading card retailer based in the United Kingdom. We specialise in sealed Pokemon TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG, and Magic: The Gathering products including booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, collection boxes, starter decks, and accessories. Our registered business address is 42 Card Lane, Bristol, BS1 4QA, United Kingdom.
3. Products and Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of order placement. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, however minor variations may occur. Sealed products are sold as sealed and we cannot guarantee the contents of any sealed product.
4. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. All payment information is processed securely and we do not store your full payment details.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Standard UK delivery takes 2-3 working days. Express delivery (next working day) is available for orders placed before 2pm on working days. Free standard delivery is offered on orders over £50. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 5-10 working days. Risk and ownership of products passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described. To initiate a return, please contact returns@huffcards.co.uk. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund at your choice. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have additional rights regarding faulty goods.
8. Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are subject to availability and estimated release dates. Release dates may change without notice based on manufacturer decisions. You will not be charged until the pre-ordered item is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders if we are unable to fulfil them, in which case a full refund will be issued.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of HuffCards or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Pokemon is a trademark of The Pokemon Company. Yu-Gi-Oh! is a trademark of Konami. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast. All product images and names are used with permission or under fair use for the purpose of product identification and sale.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HuffCards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the product(s) purchased. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
